Tom Olsen
Tom Olsen began working for Farmers Coop Society in 2008. Tom is currently Executive Director of Grain & Agronomy Operations and Procurement. Tom graduated from IWCC in 1995. Tom’s favorite part of his day is working with suppliers to get the best deal possible on crop inputs along with working with the operations teams to make sure they are successfully serving our patrons.

Jeff Koops
Jeff Koops began working for Farmers Coop Society originally in 2000. He is currently the Sustainability and Nutrient Management Specialist. He graduated from Dordt College in 1992. Jeff’s favorite part of his day is working with customers helping them solve problems that they encounter, as well as helping them improve their bottom line, whether that be with the use of animal nutrients or utilizing new sustainability related farmer payments.

Steve Winter began working for Farmers Coop Society in 2017. He is currently Location Manager in Little Rock and the Agronomy Central Dispatch Manger. He graduated from Northwest Iowa Community College in 2017 with an AAS degree in Agriculture and a Diploma in Agricultural Business Management.
