I am originally from Sibley, IA and I have been with Farmers Coop Society since 1998. I started my career in Agronomy at the Melvin location directly out of college. In 2008, I became an Agronomy Sales Manager and in 2015, I became the Agronomy Department Manager. My favorite part of working at Farmers Coop Society is working with all of our employees.

I am originally from Treynor, Iowa and I first started in the Agriculture Industry in 1993 by mixing fertilizer and running floaters for Treynor Ag Supply. In 1997, I moved to Waulkee for two years, running floaters and working in a grain elevator. In 1999, I worked for Agriland FS as a location manager of three locations. After 11 years, I moved to Orange City and started working for Farmers Coop Society in Sanborn where I managed the Agronomy Operations for the Eastern Division. In 2014, I became a location manager of the Sioux Center Agronomy Department. And in November of 2015, I became the Agronomy Operations Manager for FCS. August 2016 took me back to Sanborn, as the Eastern Division Manager/Agronomy Operations Manager. I enjoy helping out all divisions by making sure we have people in place throughout the company for all operations to succeed.

I’m originally from Cambridge, Ontario, Canada. I started with Farmers Coop Society in 1992 as a crop scout and custom applicator. In 1996, my wife and I decided to drive truck full time. I drove truck long haul for 3 ½ years and then came back to FCS in 2000 as a custom applicator. In 2005, I started my current role as Nutrient Management Specialist. I enjoy working with farmers and challenging them to do the best job possible utilizing nutrients produced by their livestock.

I’m originally from Sibley, IA but live in Ashton, IA. I’ve worked in Agriculture since 2009, when I worked for United Farmers Coop/Cooperative Farmers Elevator. In 2017, I joined Farmers Coop Society as a Custom Applicator. I became the Little Rock Location Manager in June 2018. My favorite part of the job is working with our customers and learning and taking on new challenges. I also enjoy working on maintaining the facility and our equipment.

I'm originally from Oskaloosa, IA. I grew up on the family farm where we raised corn, soybeans, and hogs. I started my Agriculture career in 2001 as an Agronomist for Van Diest Supply Co. In 2006, I became a Precision Ag Specialist for NEW Coop in Ft. Dodge. I began working for Farmers Coop Society in 2012 as their Precision Ag Specialist in Boyden. Today, I’m the Precision Ag Manager and my favorite part of working at Farmers Coop Society is helping a grower’s operation use new technology and seeing their excitement as it works on their operation.

I grew up in Sheldon, IA. I started my career as a Precision Ag Specialist for Gold Eagle Coop in early 2012. Later that year, I joined Farmers Coop Society as a Sales Agronomist at the Sanborn location. I have since moved over to the Boyden location and today I’m an Elite Lead Consultant. My favorite part of working at Farmers Coop Society is helping our growers implement ever-changing technology into their operations.

Colin started his career with FCS during a couple of his college summers. At that time, Colin was an Agronomy intern for the FCS agronomy department during 2015 and 2016. After his college graduation, Colin worked for another coop as a custom applicator. Later Colin found a spot at FCS during 2018 as an Agronomy Technician for the Sioux Center Agronomy location.

In 2016, I joined Farmers Coop Society as an Agronomy Technician out of the Sanborn location. I moved into my current role of Agronomy Sales out of the Ireton location in 2017. I am originally from Merrill, IA and I started working in Agriculture when I was walking our bean fields and baling hay for my family farm when I was young. After graduating college, I have been an agronomist for 20 years in Northwest Iowa as well as Missouri. I have been with Farmers Coop Society since 2011. After college, I began my Agriculture career with Alceco in Everly; but have been with Farmers Coop Society since 1997. As a result of my time there I gained great experience on crop irrigation. I began my career at Farmers Coop Society in July of 2012. I work with my producers to put together individual plans that match fertility, seed, and chemistry to maximize every acre of their farms. Tyson Martinmaas
Tyson grew up on a family farm in central South Dakota, where he was involved in a diversified crop, livestock, and dairy operation. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture from South Dakota State University, and has worked as an agronomist since 2013. Tyson is most passionate about building long-term relationships with his growers as he strives to maximize their yields in an effort to increase profitability.
In his free time, Tyson enjoys working at his farm, golfing, and traveling with his wife, Ashley.

Daniel DeBoer
Daniel grew up on a row crop farm just outside of Sibley, IA. He attended Sibley-Ocheyedan high school and went on to attend South Dakota State University with a major in Ag Systems Technology and a minor in Agronomy. He worked on his family farm up until his senior year of high school. He then worked in a body shop and then started doing internships at local Coops. Daniel worked for CFE in Sibley doing crop scouting, securing chemicals, and scouting for aphids. He then interned at FCS doing the same type of internship, more with taking care of plots and spraying trials. He also gained experience working with the Precision Ag Team. After his internship, Daniel started full time at FCS in Sioux Center running the chemical warehouse. He then took the position of his current role, Agronomy Tech, and loves the position because of all the variety that comes with the job. He lives in Hospers, IA and enjoys hanging out with family, enjoying the outdoors, and shooting trap when he isn't busy at work.
