Meet the 2022 Board of Directors!

We are truly grateful to our Board of Directors who have dedicated their time and energy to help navigate our present and future and grow FCS as a sustainable and community-oriented organization.

A few weeks ago, the Board of Directors and the FCS Senior Leadership Team went to Omaha for a strategy retreat. The retreat's goals were to discuss potential strategic moves and growth opportunities for Farmer Coop Society. Each division discussed possible ideas for automation, technology investments, and growth opportunities. 

Our commitment to our customers is to continue to challenge ourselves to meet our customers' current and future needs, be willing to adapt to new things, and continuously look for improvement. We look forward to seeing how we implement some of these ideas and how they add value to our customer's business.
