PQA is designed to help pig farmers and their employees use best practices to promote food safety. PQA helps US Pork Producers ensure the continued safety of our food as well as maintain a quality product for years to come. TQA is a program for anyone who transports, handles, or develops protocols for handling pigs. Good animal handling has shown to benefit the pig, the handler, and the industry.
