Panorama

Viewing, transferring and utilizing data is not always simple. With Panorama you can easily view maps, input summaries and agronomic data as well as perform data analysis, build reports and complete field planning. See all your data on your phone, computer or platform of choice. Use the Gen 3 20|20 and Panorama will automate the process of sharing and sending data from your monitor to other trusted platforms through a simple Wi-Fi connection.

vSet2/vDrive

Traditional seed meters need continual adjustment to plant accurately which leads to skips, doubles, and ultimately, lost yield. vSet seed meters singulate seeds accurately without any adjustments resulting in perfect seed placement throughout your field. Pair vSet meters with vDrive electric drive to gain swath control and turn compensation.

eSet

John Deere vacuum meters need adjustment to properly singulate seeds, resulting in skips and multiples. The eSet meter is a retrofit system that goes inside of a John Deere vacuum meter and uses a flat disk without cells, paired with a floating singulator that doesn't need adjustments. Simply set your vacuum, fill the planter with seed, and go.

SpeedTube

SpeedTube is a seed delivery system that allows you to double your planting speed without sacrificing performance. You’ll have a sense of accomplishment when the rain comes and your planter is already back in the shed. Instead of purchasing a larger planter which turns into costly equipment payments along with logistical challenges, upgrade the planter that you currently have to meet your needs. You'll be able to cover more acres per hour, accurately, and hit the ideal planting window.

WaveVision

Traditional seed sensors count dust and seed, giving you inaccurate population counts and that uneasy feeling of not knowing if you can believe your planter monitor. WaveVision is a seed sensor that counts only seeds and not dust, giving you confidence that the population you see on your monitor is the population that you’re planting.

DeltaForce

Downforce on the planter is one of the most important settings on the planter to be adjusted for different zones and conditions in a field. DeltaForce replaces the springs or airbags on a planter with hydraulic cylinders and load cells that measure how much weight is being carried on the row unit gauge wheels 200 times per second and keep it consistent. The operator sets a weight that should be carried on the gauge wheels, and DeltaForce does the rest.

Reveal

Row unit-mounted row cleaners hurt row-unit ride and affect downforce requirements. Reveal is frame-mounted, removing its impact on the row-unit. With its own internal gauge wheel and treader wheels, Reveal precisely controls the depth of the cleaning tines to create a consistently clean and ideal seeding environment for even emergence to occur.

FurrowForce

FurrowForce is a 2-stage closing system. In the first stage, notched wheels work to close the seed furrow from the bottom up, fracturing to eliminate air pockets, even in extreme no-till conditions where traditional closing systems struggle. In the second stage, stitch wheels carry weight on them to firm the soil. This consistent firming is especially beneficial behind spring tillage where the seed environment is at risk of drying out.

DuraWear

You can’t run your planter without the basic components. But you can equip your planter with durable wear parts from Precision Planting. Equip your planter with components built to last. Components offered are DuraWear Parallel Arms, Depth Handle, and Gauge Wheel Arms.

vApply/EMHD

EMHD controls liquid application rates using an electromagnetic flow meter. This opens up your options for a wider range of liquid products. The EMHD modules can be configured in either section control or row-by-row control. The result is your liquid fertilizer is applied at the correct rate while the 20|20 display in the cab gives you knowledge of how that application is occurring.

SymphonyNozzle

SymphonyNozzle™ is a pulse width modulation system (PWM), that is easy to install and simple to service. Maintain consistent rate and spray quality on your sprayer, even around turns and as you speed up and slow down. The custom-designed nozzle assembly does not require special tools for diagnostics or service. In conjunction with the point-to-point harnessing architecture, it is easy to install and maintain. SymphonyNozzle is the foundation for the expansion of sprayer technology.

SymphonyVision

SymphonyVision Rate uses cameras to detect weed severity to adjust the rate of each nozzle automatically while continuously spraying. Suggested camera spacing is 10 feet. Variable rate application with SymphonyVision allows you to lessen the amount of chemical applied and reduce input costs without sacrificing weed control, a win for both the environment and your bottom line.

SymphonyVision Spot uses cameras to detect weed severity to adjust the rate of each nozzle automatically when weeds are present while turning off nozzles when they aren't. Operates in both Green-on-Brown and Green-on-Green situations. Suggested camera spacing is 5 feet.

ReClaim

ReClaim adds a new flow path from the ends of each nozzle bar section to the tank to ensure that you get the right concentration of product to every nozzle. With the flip of a switch, ReClaim starts flowing product through the system and then indicates to the operator when product has recirculated back to the tank. ReClaim also provides improved boom cleanout. If your sprayer has a clean water tank, just open the flow from there and engage ReClaim.

YieldSense

Accurate yield information is one of the most valuable decision tools in any farming operation. YieldSense uses the 20|20 to give you high-definition visibility and control over your yield data. It collects data as you pass through the field that you can use post-harvest to analyze the growing season.

SmartFirmer

Digging a few seeds per field doesn’t give you a complete picture of whether your depth setting is correct. SmartFirmer is a seed firmer-sensor that measures the amount of moisture available to the seed, organic matter, and temperature, so you can adjust your depth correctly and know you will have a consistent crop stand.
