On Friday February 15^th the FCS Agronomy department held our annual Applicator Retreat at Stoney Creek Hotel in Sioux City Iowa. All of the professional custom applicators, agronomist, operations dispatchers and facility managers, along with FCS leadership invested time by attending this session.

This session is focused primarily on the operations side of our business. Quality application completed safely of our fertilizer, chemical, and seed products is at the core of our business. This interactive retreat was a combination of training, enhancing communication within the department and the company, team building, and coming up with operations solutions to better serve our customers.
